The Big Question

authors

Elephant has something on her mind. It’s a difficult question and she can’t stop thinking about it. Fortunately the annual meeting has been called, and the others will help her find the answer.

The book's topic will appeal to adults and children alike, and with each reading you will discover new details in the multi-layered illustrations.

A stunning picture book about the many sides of love from the illustrator of Maia and What Matters.

Being the daughter of a Belgian publisher Leen van den Berg grew up in a house full of books. She writes mainly for children, while teaching creative writing in Flanders and the Netherlands. She strongly dislikes Brussels

This is a special and imaginative book with wonderfully fey illustrations from the illustrator of the much-admired ;">Maia and What Matters.

This book and its predecessor Maia and What Matters would have to be the two most beautiful books you'll ever come across.

A modern fable with a really fantastic core message, The Big Question is touching heartfelt storytelling.

This is one of those rare but special books that will mean different things to many people and will be appreciated by a wide age range.

A sophisticated picture book both in appearance and content The Big Question will have you pondering the bigger things in life.

The text is nice and big for early readers and the storyline will have everyone feeling warm fuzzies.

I particularly love the odd collection of participants in the book, from fairytale characters to polar bears and circus performers, making for a surreal and beautiful creation.
